I went back to the store the following day to air my complains and sought for replacement but was not Entertained because there was no receipt as a proof that the gadget was purchased in that store. First, is to talk to manager or just accept what happened.
Secondly, find an evidence like near cctv--cctv footage precisely and use it to support your complains about the product you have bought that day which had appeared to be defective.

I will be shocked at first because they didn't entertained me but I will talk to their manager about the issue and I will also ask for a cctv to as a proof that I bought in that store.

Shocked. The thing that I will do is, i will find a CCTV near on their store, i will find the footage where i buy the cell phone on their store as an evidence that I've buy a defective product from them.
