         <title>Cognitive: The cognitive school of thought has to do with intelligence, and how people: think, perceive, remember, speak, and solve problems. Disorders relating to the cognitive processing are anxiety and depression caused by irrational thoughts. Treatment plans include reality therapy to try and change maladaptive thoughts. Cognitive motivators are based on goals and reducing cognitive dissonance </title>

         <title>Evolutionary: The philosophy for the evolutionary school of thought says that we are a result of 1000&#39;s of years of adaptation, and how survival of the fittest has developed. Anxiety disorder was formed from anxiety being a defense mechanism in the wild. To survive, behavior and cognitive processes have everything to do with living. The personality of extroverts maintain social networks and relationships while introverts crave solitude and safety. Evolutionary motivation comes from instinct and drive theories. </title>

Disorders relating to this school of thought come from inbalance of neurotransmitters, genetics, hormones, brain structure, and disease. Treatments for neuropsychological and neurobiological disorders include drugs and surgical procedures. Motivation is driven from genetics, neurotransmitters and hormones. </title>
