Can all ratios be simplified? Explain

Answer: No. all of them could be simplified and most of them cannot. For example 3:5. 3:5 cannot be simplified accept for 15:35 we can. so the conclusion is 50/50. Because most of them can be simplified while the others cannot be simplified.

How is simplifying ratio similar to simplifying fractions? Explain.

Answer: Simplifying ratio is similar to simplifying fractions because when there’s a question like for example 8:12. We can make it fraction into 8/12. It depends on us do we want to simplify in fraction or just directly 8:12 is 2:3. Or 8/12 is 2/3.

The general rule for converting ratio as percentage is that

for example a:b. Then a:bou multiply 100. For example 2/5 x100 is 40 right? If its 40 then add the percentage to 40%.

It’s not possible

because there are 3 digits In the ratio. If you have 2 digits in ratio like a:b, changing it will be a/b. 3:5:11 cannot be a fraction because there’s 3 digits so there’s no possible way for 3:5:11 can change it to percantage.

The advantage is that representing ratio to fraction is that it’s the easier way to turn ratio to percentage. The disadvantage is nothing if I believe.
