The reason why l chose this song is because it would always be playing on speakers through the house with all doors and windows open so the whole street could hear it. He was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma which is a form of cancer.  In his last 3 years he had undergone the most treatment so far. My dad donated blood, bone marrow and stem cells which prolonged his death for another 2 years. This song is about heroes and to me he was a hero and that is why l chose this song.

I have had fights with people and we have resolved issues. l got overwhelmed with work and also went through stages when l didn't think i could do it anymore but most importantly l found myself and figured out who l was. In his life he travelled all around the world to teach people about what he believed in. He believed that everyone deserved a second chance. When he passed it was a big shock to me.
