Who's fault ? 
RESEARCH PROBLEM : 
IDEAL SITUATION : Men should be protecting  women and 🤬 is an act of violence . It is an attempt to hurt and humiliate , using 🤬 as the weapon and should be punished .

Reality situation: Victim are being blamed because they are accused for luring the rapists . Some individuals in the community posses perception that the victim should be blamed for what had happen to them .

Proposed solution : 
As a researcher , I would like to investigate the level of  awareness among the community towards 🤬 cases .  

RESEARCH QUESTIONS : 
Does community having a good level of  awareness towards 🤬 cases ?

RESEARCH OBJECTIVES :
