This you tube video was sad because you hear about these stories and you realize that these were four people out of the millions of youth that are on the streets and homeless.I realize that they mainly left because of family issues and the fact that their parents couldn't take care of them which should be their main priority. It also made me realize that this can happen to anyone and all of the people didn't think they're life would end up this way. Its also sad because our youth is soon to be our future workers and without and education or support from anyone it will be hard for people to get off the streets and into jobs.

This connects to the statistics because they shared the same facts but the video gave a more personal story. This video also relates to life because like they said in the video there are almost 2 million or more homeless youth.

The video was really sad because to know that so many kids are rejected and can't even have a full meal is very disturbing. I think that every kid should have a home and place to be happy in. This video also makes me feel thankful for what I have because so many other people can't even afford a house. I think this video is also very good because it interviews kids who have faced homelessness and this video has many primary sources that make you trust the video more than people talking about the statistics. It makes you have a better understanding of these kids. I also wonder if the people who interview the kids help them out.

This connects to the statics because it is showing the story of some of the kids that ran away from home. This connects to life in general because this isn't a fake problem. It's real and needs a solution to be found.

This video made me thing about how much I should be appreciating my life. There are so many people that are not as privileged as I am today. So many kids are kicked out of their houses for things they did not even do. This connects to the statistic because this video accurately shows that many kids are confined to the roads rather than a caring place called home.

"From Happy to Homeless: Teens in Trouble" is really eye-opening. I never really thought about how hard the life of the homeless was. It really shocked me when George was eating almost nothing to save money. I can't imagine the fear that must've inspired. This connects to the statistics from yesterday because the video talked about the city that was filled with homeless teens. The statistic showed just how many kids run away every year, and I imagine they would go to towns like that. It also shocked me that that town existed, and that nobody in the town tried to help their homeless numbers. I want to know if there are other towns like this, and if they do anythingn to help. This video really made me learn a lot and will force me to question why somebody is homeless.

It made me realize that most of us are very fortunate with what we have: family, home, food. This connects to the statistics because it shows that there are a lot of kids running away or that don't have a home. It also shows and answers some of the questions that we had yesterday such as why they left, how they survive, where do they live etc.

This video made me really think about the situation and realize how many kids are getting rejected and put on the streets. Hearing a number isn't the same as actually seeing a kid live on the street and hearing why they not want to but have to live out there. It made me think about how kids my age are doing things I can't even imagine myself doing. The video made me feel fortunate and lucky that I know when I go home today I have house to go home to. Sadly, there is a lot of kids these days that can't honestly say that. It made me realize that this can happen to anyone. Most of the stories said that they never saw this coming and they thought they had their future planned out with school, a job, etc. This relates to the statistics because this is putting a story and a face to the numbers.

It makes me feel inspired because by seeing all of the misfortune that others have to deal with, it makes me feel grateful and motivates me to do something with my life and make this world a better place. This video connects to the statistics from yesterday because it puts those statistics into a visual and a real life situation by showing some of many homeless kids that have been forced out of their home. It relates to life because it shows that through all the bad/rough times that we have to face, we always have to make the best out of every situation.

I really feel bad for those kids that were kicked out of their house due to family members that didn't care about them. That means that like a million kids go through similar experiences as the ones in the video, which is really sad. Also, it's really sad that those kids had really loved their families, but ended up being rejected and thrown out of their own houses.

After watching the video, I was very sad for these kids, I am speechless because never knew that a mother or even step-mother for that matter could ever leave their kids and trick or deceive them into believing that they were going to see relatives and stay with them, but then just send them to a random place with no money or way to get back. I also can't believe that a mother would practically give up on their child for their boyfriend. I feel very sorry for these kids and you hope that everything works out for them in their life.

This video make me feel horrible that these kids feel that they should run away from home. I also am upset because the parents did nothing to help find them. This connected to the statistics from yesterday because this shows why kids are running away from home. this also proves the numbers are correct about how many run away. This upsets me to think that these kids are living on the streets and in strangers houses. They say in the video that almost 2 million or more homeless youth.

It was heartbreaking to see those kids in that situation. I like those kids attitudes- they didn't mope around feeling sorry for themselves and whining about it, they put feelings aside and they are doing what they have to do to survive. I really feel grateful now that I have a home and that my mom loves me too much to disown me.

I can't say that I know what it like to be homeless because I never was. I was shocked that all these people don't have the everyday stuff that we have. In the video, George said that he doesn't miss his parents. Rebecca also says that she was trying to forget the dumb memories about her families. I really don't think that real family would abounded there children like that. A real family would care for them even in the toughest of times.

This video made me think how mean people can be to their kids and I should be very grateful with the stuff I have because these kids didn't go to crone, which is sad because they never got to meet Mrs. Rembert and they could of had a better life than they have today if they had better and more responsible parents. PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE THESE DAYS . This relates to Tom because him and his 2 friends decided to leave home and become pirates
