He traveled to the Inca Empire and took the Inca leader Atahuapla hostage in the city of Cajamarca. Even though a ransom was offered by the Incas for the release of their leader, Pizarro killed Atahuapla in 1533, conquered the Inca Empire, and founded the city of Lima.</div>]]></description>
