On the posters we can put what to do when you see hate in the school. We could also put what is acceptable behavior in a learning environment.

One way we could get people to commit is by having an optional part of the weekly check-in where you could report if you have seen anything bad happen. It would be nice if this was anonymous because people don't want to "snitch" on their peers. I would also like to add that it is very difficult to get people to stop saying mean things because there isn't anything that can stop them if their parents don't care what their kids do/say.

So, we could put up posters of the ideals of the pledge throughout the hallways to remind student of the purpose of the pledge and after they sign the pledge these posters could be used as reminder on how to act on the pledge.

The hard part of this initiative is students acting on the pledge. Students have a tendency of forgeting these pledges and acting againist the pledge. A way I thought we could do this is ideal points where each grade competed for ideal points based off ideals of the pledge and teachers would monitor the hallways to reward points for the ideals being acted on and after a quarter we hold a assembly to annouce the winner. We could also reward prizes like extra recess or something of that nature to the winning grade. We can also have games during the assembly with students and teachers.
