         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Creativity and innovation have become central concepts of our time, although it is not always necessary to innovate disruptively.</p></li><li><p>Sometimes, achieving good results simply requires doing well what already works.</p></li><li><p>In education, however, creativity is essential to engage students, achieve pedagogical objectives more effectively, and enrich the learning experience.</p></li><li><p>Educational innovation must not overlook two key factors:</p><ul><li><p><strong>The student</strong>: understanding and involving them as co-creators in the process.</p></li><li><p><strong>Creativity</strong>: fundamental to adapting to a changing job market, where new professions constantly emerge.</p></li></ul></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>Creativity should not be confused with <strong>originality</strong> or <strong>eccentricity</strong>.</p></li><li><p>It is not about “thinking outside the box” for its own sake without purpose or value.</p></li><li><p>Five clarifications:</p><ol><li><p>It is not a diagnosis and cannot be scientifically measured with accuracy.</p></li><li><p>It is not humor or the ability to make others laugh.</p></li><li><p>It is not quick wit or spontaneous cleverness.</p></li><li><p>It is not simply artistic talent or manual skills.</p></li><li><p>It is not being restless or hyperactive.</p></li></ol></li><li><p>In short: creativity always requires <strong>value, usefulness, and discipline</strong>.</p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>The concept is relatively modern (<em>creativity</em> added to the Oxford English Dictionary in 1875; <em>creatividad</em> entered the Spanish RAE dictionary in 1984).</p></li><li><p>It is complex and hard to define, influenced by social, cultural, and educational factors.</p></li><li><p>Any definition usually includes four dimensions:</p><ul><li><p>The author</p></li><li><p>The product</p></li><li><p>The process</p></li><li><p>The social and cultural dimension</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Creativity emerges from a combination of <strong>attitude, aptitudes, techniques, and methods</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Creative results are socially evaluated: in education, it is the teacher who acts as the evaluator.</p></li><li><p>Mihály Csíkszentmihályi defines creativity as: <em>“a state of consciousness that allows us to generate networks of mental connections in order to identify, pose, and solve problems in a relevant and divergent way.”</em></p></li></ul>]]></description>
