We had very good reflections and discussions on our practices in terms of the written, taught and assessed curriculum. We believe in terms of designing a coherent curriculum, we have documents in place to show that we plan and collaborate and communicate our curriculum to the school community. However, we feel that we should be more consistent in documenting grade level planning and that these have to be specifically included in our timetable. In terms of the taught curriculum or approached to teaching, some of us feel that we need more feedback through random observations to ensure that our instruction is aligned with the IB philosophy.
