This year she hopes that her students will focus on speaking the target language out in the real world, and enjoy learning about cultures other than their own . She believes that the Frisco future ready profile will help students in their professional settings, especially since now a days there is major competition for every job. Learning another language also gives students the opportunity to communicate with people from other cultures and learn form experiences that would make an impact in the community.

She communicates with her students and parents on a weekly basis by sending out emails explaining the activities that must be completed that week. Additionally, she sends out reminders of deadlines and communicates with parents though phone calls. After 4+ decades of teaching, not being able to be physically in the classroom with her students has been by far the toughest adjustment.
