I believe it is necessary for citizens to rebell against the government when the ruler is selfish or does not listen to the people. The citizens should have all the rights and their opinions considered by the government. It is important for the King to make sure the citizens  are taken care of and given all they need. If not, the citizens should rebell. 
For example, the Boston Massacre would make me rebell because killing people when you were specifically told not to is not acceptable! 
Also, taxing citizens when the King has enough money? Adding the Stamp Act and the Quartering Act? I think this is going too far. I believe citizens should rebel against the government when the government passes unfair taxes,laws, or commits tyranny. When the government also does something affecting the citizens without the citizens permission, they should be able to ask, and if that doesn’t work, they can be able to rebel. For example, when the American Revolution happened, the British killed innocent people in the Boston Massacre. The British also passed unfair laws without the colonists permission. So it was okay for them to rebel. If you don’t think that is okay, what would you do if a British soldier comes up and shoots you for protesting? I would definitely report it to the authority. Patriots thought that that was not fair and the Tea Act that was a signal to the government that if they didn’t stop what they were doing there was going to be dangerous consequences.  That’s a somewhat difficult question. During the time of the colonists that we are learning about, it IS nessacary to rebel. Now, listen Loyalists, and let me finish! Our precious colonies are endangered from Britain. Before, we had been laid off and granted some leeway to live. The following is unacceptable! All of a sudden, Britain’s claims to have LET us grow. That was not in any legal document known to the colonists. (But if they had it I doubt they would keep it secret.) During the French and Indian War, Britain literally swum in debt and once-forgotten promises. Now, they called on us to give taxes so they can repay the debt. That’s not fair!! 
 What happened to the Magna Carta? In no OTHER legal document had it been ‘expired’.( The Bill of Rights is another point for Loyalists, but the Glorious Revolution can jump that. I’m still playing checkers, Mrs.Washington!!)

  Examples of taxes and acts that led to the American Revolution:
  1.  The Stamp Act
  2. Townshend Acts
  3. Sugar Act
  4. And more...
So, naturally, the colonists felt the need to fight back, and they did. The Boston Massacre was a small riot in which five Bostonians died and ten were injured by the soldiers of Britain in red... And the Quartering Act of 1765 made it possible for those soldiers, the ones who hurt the innocent, to stay in the guilty’s homes... Those very men, the men in red.
If this continues, there will be more bloodshed by Britain. Do we want this? Do we? It is our government from the mainland, across the sea, that makes these decisions, the decisions that harm us. Our king does not let us expand . Loyalists. tell me how that’s a good thing. We can’t stay confined to this. We feel the need to explore. 
Here are some reasons (and answers to questions) 

  Do we get representation in Parliment? No. Do we get a say? No! AIt’s time to fight back, and those patriotic to our new home will speak and voice our opinions.... And it goes without saying, the truth in our eyes.....

  • From the beginning of the French and Indian war, Great Britain was cruel enough to fight against the Canadians. They were given enough land by Canada to take care of and protect. They ended up with many excessive war debts to pay off, so they forced many American colonists to pay heavier and heavier taxes. For example, they provoked the feelings of American colonists by making them put a piece of stamping material on every piece of paper they used!!!     I believe that when the law is unjust like placing high taxes and letting soldiers in YOUR house using YOUR supplies buying the things you need to provide for them with I say again YOUR money, it is necessary to rebel it’s not only necessary it is encouraged! It is necessary when the king tries to tax you secretly without your knowledge or consent. It’s necessary when you buy paper you also have to buy a stamp, witch was just another way to tax citizens. Why let the king stomp all over you, when you rebel you are not just saying no to the king you are declaring your independence and if the law is unjust you can and should rebel against the government.

    *The Boston Massacre, an incident patriots called the Boston Massacre was when a noisy mob began throwing rocks and ice balls at British troops guarding the Boston Customs House. The government has done many great things for us too. Imagine if you were part of the government, your country would still need money.

            When you don’t have to pay money you just celebrate 🎊 . Patriots have been selfish. You may not have so much money but, you still have to contribute.

          If you were the ruler of Britain and needed money after the war what would you do? You can’t just take money out of your own pocket💶! Think about what Britain has done for you. They protect you and it’s the last choice they have. After all these years they haven’t made you pay anything. It was about time also! You can’t just hurt 🔪people because you don’t like what they have done.

     You know how some 50 people came and dumped are tea out! Those people (Patriots)were cowards to dress up like Indians.

    So, no it is never okay to rebel. No matter what!     Stay with the government!!!!!!!!!!!!
