Probably, I would work first on the local schools here in my hometown for me to be able to acquire experience and knowledge which I can use for my own improvement. After working there for about 2-3 years, I would find a school which will help me to grow more. After 5 years, well I can already tell that I am equipped with such competencies that can be helpful not only to my students but also to the people around me.
