         <description><![CDATA[<p>My initial response whenever I am met with change is always rather negatively :(</p><p><br></p><p>I’m someone who is comfortable with the tried and tested, the routines and the norms.</p><p><br></p><p>But if there’s anything I learnt- it’s that change is inevitable- the faster I learn to adapt the less painful and stressful I will be.</p>]]></description>
