Groupchats made for biosciences students were very useful in finding people doing your course that you could either meet after lectures or walk to lectures with. They were very quick and responsive. The weekly CBT sessions I had really helped me to learn skills for overcoming negative emotions and feelings and giving me healthy coping strategies while helping me to identify and stop unhealthy ones.
