         <description><![CDATA[<div>House of refuge is a drug rehabilitation and resource center.Established in 2006,they provide medical assistance to people between the ages of 17-59 years old.<br><br>The essence is to ensure these individuals after rehabilitation are reintegrated back into the communities.<br><br>Most rehabilitation places are private owned, and supported by religious organizations and well wishers. But the Government owned are not well equipped.&nbsp;<br><br>So much is not done in this area.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

So costly for some.&nbsp;<br>There are centers where people can stay for a longer period of time, usually faith based.&nbsp;<br>The center from the government doesn’t run like it is supposed to.<br><br>Rehab for physical therapy is also costly and not accessible for everyone. No rehabilitation doctor available, but physical therapist and speech therapists.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Netherlands: Rehabilitation is accessible for a great number of people. I did not really find the exact details but i think health insurance is obligated and therefore people have some form of medical coverage for&nbsp;<br><br>It is very multidisciplinary since fyiotherapists, doctors, mental health care takers, volunteers, friends and family work together to help people.&nbsp;<br><br>There are rehabilitation units. But people also rehabilitate at home.&nbsp;<br><br>Challenges are shortage in staff to help people rehabilitate. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rehabilitation is available for everyone in the country, but less accessible for the people living in the interior or those without health insurance.<br>It is mostly a multidisciplinary approach, especially for neurologic and pediatric conditions/illnesses.<br>Rehabilitation can take place in a hospital setting, which is continued in clinical setting or can be fully in a clinical setting. There are no specific units where people can stay for a longer time, as far as I know. These are usually visits, where the patients learn certain techniques to practice at home.<br>Cultural and economic factors/challengens: no health insurance, bad communication between specialties (especially docters), for psychology a lot of stigma, no transport, no income<br><br>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

People in low-income communities may not be aware of the existence or benefits of rehabilitation programs. Cultural?
