         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>- Write a letter.</mark></strong> Take a piece of paper and write everything what piss you off. And then, take a black marker and paint over your notes. It can help you to forget all negative things in your life.<br><strong><mark>- Anti-stress toys</mark></strong><mark>.</mark> It sounds childishly, but you don't know how helpful it is! Just buy any anti-stress toy, sit on the sofa and relax.<br><mark>-  </mark><strong><mark>Buy something what you like. </mark></strong>Go to the shop and pamper yourself with a new shirt or hat. It will make you happier and you will forget about your anger immediately.<br><strong><mark>- Talk to yourself. </mark></strong>"What on Earth are you talking about?" - you will think. But you should try it before say anything. This method can really help you to relax. Just talk to yourself about everything what you don't like (you can even shout and cry, if you want!). So, you will get a feeling that you talked with your best friend about the painful.<br><strong><mark>- Computer games. </mark></strong>Yes, it's really good method. Choose any computer or phone game and play in it to calm down. You will be interested in a process and forget about your problems.<br>- <strong><mark>Sleep. </mark></strong>When you feel anger, you can just go to the bed and try to sleep. Firstly, you will feel nervous and angry, but within 3-5 minutes, you will calm down and sleep. When you'll wake up, you won't remember any of your problems.<br>- <strong><mark>Set a goal.</mark></strong> Decide what you want to aim and try to get it. You can make a calendar or a notebook, where you will write your steps. For instance, to lose weight, to stop smoking/drinking, to eat healthily etc. <br><br>M.Efremya</div>]]></description>

Today there are many tips and life-hacks to fight with anger. But the best variant of anger management tips is creating the diary and writing in it .When you write or draw something in diary, your negative feelings go outside. Draw or write things that you like and want to get. Actually it’s better for your friends and folks because your anger stay at the paper and doesn’t harm others. It evolves your imagination and give you happy emotions. That’s all that i wanted to say.</div>]]></description>
