I say this because when you look at someone in a stereotype manner your probably thinking this person is white , and they could probably be Mexican . I also say that because some people just go off of looks and that’s not right and the world we live in today make that’s a true thing. People now days were grown up  to not like different colors or to base of look it’s like.  The phase “don’t judge a book by its cover” I also state that because people love to judge of looks and never get to try to know how the person is or learn them or speaks To them. I say that because the United States is growing and everyone’s coming to move out here and make a life . The United States are going to the culture side this world now days is based of off skin colors and everything so blacks hang with blacks whites hang with whites in the video I watch it also states that you people always made jokes of them or bullied them because of there color . I say this because that’s how this world is just imagine your son or daughter getting bullied because they are a different race . 


      Before I watch the video A Conversation with Latinos I use  to always think that , they didn’t want to talk to me or I would walk pass people that didn’t look like me or act like me. So my stereotypes was to stay with the black American and Americans , I never talk to any people that I felt like talk differently languages or etc. 1 example I learn in the video is that these people always have a heart and feelings and that I shouldn’t judge them . I say that because this one lady was getting bullied because nobody thought she was Hispanic and because of her skin color. I feel like that part of the video change my outlook on how to act towards them.  Also another reason what change my mind was when this man said he couldn’t get an apartment because of he’s color. This goes to say that us people need to make a change and be different and start thinking out the box and help the community and welcome people with different colors and different shapes and everything . And I felt like I had this stereotypes because of the pole I was around and how this world is now days . ]]> 2019-10-23 16:03:32 UTC https://padlet.com/renoda_washington/iwbmw9cy08mg/wish/401548607 renoda_washington https://padlet.com/renoda_washington/iwbmw9cy08mg/wish/401548822      One way stereotypes and biases developed about a race is that their parent teach them that at a young age.Another way is that when they are growing up they figure out that they can’t be with or around sertain people that is not the same as them.The Latin American community were so called to be a very poor race.I say this because in the video one man talked about their people living in very small huts.l’ve had this stereotype because of the thing I’ve hear and seen growing up in America.When I watched the video it made me think that having or being a stereotype is not a good thing at all.
     Most people look at different races and judge them on how they look.You should always get to know a person before you be a stereotype towards them.Cultures from all over the world come to America to start over.This is why people have stereotypes because of bad things happening out of the country.This world is mostly based  on skin color and the different races that people have.People have to learn to be more positive because they wouldn't want their families to be bullied or judged by their skin color.
