With over 15 years of dedicated experience in managing special education data, I have had the pleasure of overseeing the educational journeys of more than 15,000 special education students through their CALPADS settings. I have built a career around a deep passion for supporting special education students and fostering support for the least restrictive learning environment that ensures every child has an equal opportunity for success.

Driven by a commitment to accuracy and accountability, I am a data-driven professional and a self-proclaimed "compliance geek." Thriving on the meticulous details required to manage day-to-day system operations, ensuring that data is accurate and reflective of each student’s needs and progress. I specialize in managing the data submitted during reporting periods, including Fall1, EOY3, and EOY4, and I am well-versed in the intricacies of state certification of data as well as compliance monitoring improvement.

Beyond the numbers, I am dedicated to empowering service providers through training and resources, helping them navigate complex systems, and maintaining high compliance standards. I am always happy when I am creating training videos and developing resources that are both accessible and informative, supporting educators and administrators in their shared mission to provide the best possible outcomes for special education students.
