Pasama po sa prayer ninyo ang aking Physical health sapagkat ako na naman ay nanghihina, I think bumabalik yong ulcer ko dahil sa hindi kumakain sa tamang oras/nalilipasan ng gutom lalo na sa umaga🥺 and ang bigat din ng ulo ko, although nakakagalaw naman kaso nga lng mabagal.
