2.Yes because they can hire who they want to, and if they post something about them they should be able to know, also they should be able to monitor what they post because they might not be fit for the job. I do not think that a future boss has the right not to hire a person based on what is on their social media.  It is unfair to base a person's professionalism on what happens in their social life.  Especially if it isn't not against the law .

2. A future boss does have the right to not hire a person it they post something on a social media. They might fire you because they might not think you are qualified enough to work there. For an example If they posted something inappropriate they might not get the job.
