         <title> 5th ​​Amendment: 1. The accused must have a Grand Jury Indictment in capital cases.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A part of the fifth amendment allows the accused must have a Grand Jury Indictment in capital cases. The grand jury is a formal device by which a person can be accused of a serious crime, they delbreate on whether the individual is guilty or innocent. It allows for there to be no bias in the prosecution of an inviolable.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A part of the 5th amendment gives individuals the protection of their&nbsp; Private property that will not be taken without just compensation (eminent domain). Government land grabs are becoming more frequent in the society we find ourselves in today.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A part of the fifth amendment states that the accused can’t be tried for the same crime twice (double jeopardy). The only acception is unless there is new and overwhelming evidence, a hung jury and or a mistrial. In the following image it illustrates that it is forbidden for a defant to be tried again for the same exact crime.          <description><![CDATA[<div>A part of the 5th amendment allows the accused to&nbsp; have due process of law (fair procedures, fair laws).In other words the idea that laws and legal proceeding must be fair. Procedures followed by the law enforcement and or courts must protect an individual's right as set out in the constitution. In the following image, it is evident that the person in jail is still waiting for legal actions to be proceed.
