It has shifted across cultures, with a creative vocabulary such as different abbreviations, colloquial terms, and pronunciations that only Filipino speakers can apprehend correctly.

The formal English standards for Filipino users have been depreciating because of the distinctive variety of the language, declining the proficiency of verbiage. From a literary perspective, one must know the importance of grammar. The subject-verb agreement is different in both languages; continuous tenses are a habitual aspect of Filipinos, which does not apply to the corporate field. 

The Filipino texts have a formal style based on Victorian prose models. The influence of reading and composing in English had issues with the mispronunciation of words. Style is not discerned, and the formal style in general use has been called the classroom compositional style, which is way different from professional writing. When style differentiation appears, there may be humorous consequences from the point of view of a native speaker of English. Filipinos tend to write the way they speak. Different features are most likely to happen in Filipino English users; that's why Philippine English is not credited to be used in a formal paper.
