As language learning is quite literally my bread and butter, I am very excited that there is a focus beyond just the one liner "Every teacher is a Language Teacher." I am excited to see schools and people take on this enhancement and to see how the students are supported in their linguistic journeys. 

I am also excited on the focus of Student Agency. Again, students at the center of their own learning is an important step.

The materials that are going to be released seem to be better designed and are easier to follow than current materials. This includes the support materials, TSMs, personas and teacher capabilities. Again, I look forward to seeing how they are used in developing the program.

The need to stay current and up to date is pertinent, so I worry about being able to doing so in a timely manner. 

I wonder what additional support that will be available to facilitators beyond this workshop. As I am kind of new to this whole workshop thing, I hope that I facilitate learning effectively. I don't want to waste anyone's time!

There have been many great ideas on how to develop people's awareness of the enhancements- and I have enjoyed learning from other people here. I hope that the ideas are shared in a more public forum (like in the IBEN Engage) more so than they are now. 

I also worry about the Cat. 3 Languages workshops. There is a lot of learning/understanding that needs to be covered in one workshop. I know that I will be using them to continue to develop my understanding of the program.
