- La responsabilisation des participants, sous-entendu que les chefs de projets et formateurs doivent fédérer l’implication des participants.
- La partie en e-learning ne doit pas être trop longue ni trop fastidieuse pour ne pas repousser les apprenants.
- Pour avoir un véritable intérêt, la mise pratique doit être réellement concrète et apporter un plus à la partie digitale.
