Special occasion means you celebrate a significant others birthday or something important. It also means your celebrating your culture or religion like Hari Raya or Chinese New year. Special occasion also means like wedding,holidays even so,anniversaries.

Intresting means the dish that is prepared is very attractive. The person that plates the dish is very creative and the taste might be different out of the odinary.

Appealing means how appetizing it looks and the colour coordination of the food.

We should lookout for their diets.

We should consider making soft foods for the elderlies as some elderlies are not able to chew hard food.They might be less fortunate as they are loosing teeth and have to wear dentures. So, soft food are suitlable for elderlies such as porridge and fish like salmon or dory. We should also lookout for elderlies who have high blood pressure, cholesterol and also diabetes. We should be careful with what dishes we make for them as it might trigger it.

Sometimes elderlies are not able to eat meat or certain foods because of religion or they maybe vegetarian.

We can add garnishes such as green onion and parsley. It helps to help contrast the colour between the dish and the garnish.
