         <description><![CDATA[<p>Raymond Carver was born in May 25 1938 <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clatskanie,_Oregon">Clatskanie</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oregon">Oregon</a>,&nbsp;<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States">United States</a>.&nbsp;He died of lung cancer in August 2 1988 <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_Angeles,_Washington">Port Angeles</a>,&nbsp;50 years old.</p><p>Raymond&nbsp;Carver published 10 books of prose and poetry in a career shadowed by alcoholism, poverty.</p><p>Background:&nbsp;His father was&nbsp;a skilled sawmill worker from&nbsp;<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arkansas"><u>Arkansas</u></a>,&nbsp; besides that he was a fisherman and a heavy drinker.</p><p> Carver's mother worked on and off as a waitress and a retail clerk and&nbsp;his only brother, James Franklin Carver, was born in 1943.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Raymond dreamt of&nbsp;being a writer and&nbsp;write full-time, since he was a child.</p><p>In 1960 Raymond Carver makes&nbsp; his first appearance short story The Furious Seasons. </p><p>In 1988 his last 8 history under the name elephant. </p><p>Awards: Mildred and Harold Strauss Living Award</p><p>Minimalism is generally seen as one of the hallmarks of Carver's work.He describes the&nbsp;ordinary life, the uneducated and regular "working Joe", addicts,&nbsp;people&nbsp;WHO &nbsp;struggles with life. He writes using&nbsp;a&nbsp;"simple"&nbsp;language, that some call "dirty realism" it's the fiction of a new generation of American authors.</p>]]></description>
