         <description><![CDATA[<div>Water has a low density in solid form. This is because when water molecules loose kinetic energy they have more time to form an open arrangement of 4 intermolecular bonds with water molecules. This open structure causes there to be a large volume of small mass =&gt; low density. this property is beneficial for aquatic life in polar regions, as ice sitting on top of water insulates water below, regulating temperature for wildlife </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Water has a very high latent heat value and a high specific heat capacity due to the strong hydrogen bonds holding the molecules together. These bonds can hold a large amount of energy and also release a large amount of energy. Due to this, water is an excellent coolant. It is both cheap, readily available and relatively non-corrosive, therefore it is very practical.</div>]]></description>
