         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Take <strong>a group photo at the Museum</strong></li><li>Explore and think about what children (of different or a specific age group) can learn at the Museum related to Early Mathematics.</li><li>In your group plan activities at least 3 objectives <strong>related to Early Maths </strong>(You can choose from any of the 2 areas - Shapes, Space, Patterns, Fractions, Measurements or Data Collection &amp; Analysis) that children can learn at the Museum during their field trip.</li><li>Refer to the sample plan on Pg 35 of <strong>NEL Discovery of the World </strong>guide. In the Imaginarium exhibit, there is an art piece called 'We Built This Estate' by Chiang YuXiang.&nbsp;<br>Children can identify the pattern in the art piece and the surrounding area.<br>Children can use the blocks to create their own patterns of coloured blocks. (E.G. red, yellow, green, red, yellow, green.)<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

(E.g. triangles between spoke of bicycle wheel and the circle that outlines the wheel) They will be also be asked to identify differences in the shapes found, be it size, angles, etc.</div>]]></description>
