         <description><![CDATA[<div>Uses - cutting small branches and twigs.<br><br>Safety -  wear gloves, relax your wrists, and take your time.<br><br>Maintenance -  After use, make sure the tool is cleaned. Use a wire brush or wire wool to clean off all the the extra dirt.  After that rinse them off and dry them. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
