         <description><![CDATA[<div>Patients who work out a lot tear down their muscles when they workout therefore, they have to build them back up.&nbsp;Protein also takes longer to digest so if you are prone to weight gain, being on a protein diet can reduce your calorie intake by keeping you fuller longer. Also, as patients age, they loose muscle so middle aged patients may benefit from a high protein diet to build and keep their muscle. </div>]]></description>
