In the grim version everything is more realistic and not so fairy tale like. In the Disney version everything is more colorful and happy. In addition in the Disney version the prince is in love with the princes but not in the grim version.

It doesn't talk about how Snow-White is happy, it just talks about her running away, finding 7 dwarves house, her evil stepmother finding her, her dying, coming back to life, and (extra) the stepmother dies. I never thought a story can be so crazy that a girl kills herself rather than achieve her goal. Disney makes the movie child friendly, so they take everything sad and bad, but always makes the happy ending possible.
