El objetivo de la comunicación es el de informar y persuadir sobre los acontecimientos en el que no solo se transmite un mensaje si no gestos, emociones, actitudes y posturas todo lo que vemos pensamos y sentimos transmite algo pero por diversas circustancias no todos percibimos lo mismo. Es a lo que se le denomina barreras de la comunicación existen diversos factores por los que el mensaje no es captado por las demas personas. Existen tres tipos de barreras las ambientales, verbales y interpersonales.
