Started on October 5th, 1915, and through December 4th, 1915. The Germans wanted to bring Bulgaria into the war on their side to defeat Serbia with all their alliances. The German and Austro-Hungarian army pushed their troops across the Save and Danube rivers after heavy bombing from them. Belgrade the capital of Serbia fell 2 days later. Then the Bulgarians attacked with 2 armies one attacking the rear of Serbia and the other stopping ways of communication through Greece for Serbia. After being outnumbered and heavily pressed they did a fighting withdrawal across the length of Serbia's land. They withdrew through snowy mountains into Albania where 140,000 troops met up with allied ships for even further evacuation.

From 1915 to 1916, the front lines between Germany and France, that were covered in trenches, had many battles fought. There was the use of poison gas, many bombardments of shells, and storming of trenches, to try and push the line that formed between the two countries. However these pushes were extremely deadly, communication was poor, and they would only take few miles of land. So due to all of these difficulties, from 1915 to 1916 the front lines stayed much the same, even though many lives were lost

It occurred on April 6, 1917. The US usually stays neutral in European wars and when WWI broke out they tried to do the same. When German submarines were involved in the sinking of British ships the US was almost brought into the war early. To avoid this from happening Germany temporarily suspended unrestricted submarine warfare. The US President tried to make peace with warring parties but this had little success. The Germans resumed unrestricted submarine warfare but the US tried to remain peaceful with Germany until they sunk several US ships and tried to destroy almost all of the British ships so the US joined WWI.

The most famous pilots at the time were those apart of the Lafayette Escadrille. Others also flew as individuals for the British and Canadians. When the US first entered the war they were unprepared for the newer modern air warfare with fewer than 250 planes. After only a year the Army Air Service organized 3 squadrons which soon extended to 45 by Armistice Day. By November 1918 the Army Air Service numbered 7,726 officers and 70,769 enlisted men.

All of their allies signed Armistices, for them to surrender to the Ally powers, and slowly, one by one, each country signed these documents, until Germany was the last one still standing. The american and French military were closing in on Germany, as they pushed forward, the German forces were not prepared for the blows that the Americans and French gave to them, so they all retreated, many mu tines happened, and there were revolts in Munich and Berlin, a German Republic declared itself, and they signed the Armistice Day document, which ended World War one

The economy became important to the entire world, because it helped give loans to other countries that had fought in the war, to help them return to normal ways of life and normal jobs. But when on October 29th, 1929 when the stock exchange had experienced a few weeks of decline, it became evident that it would not be able to bounce back and this started the difficulty to find or keep jobs, which lead to nation wide poverty, which then led to the Great Depression.

This treaty was what outlined the aftermath of World War one. In total 27 countries were present at the signing of this treaty, they decided that Germany, who was not present, would have to take full responsibility of the war, and have practically no military at all after this, give up land, and pay major war reparations. Other countries that were on the side of Germany, like the Ottoman Empire, were heavily punished and had much land taken. And on the 28th of June 1919, the treaty was signed, and world war 1 came to an end, this unfair treaty left Germany unhappy, which would ultimately lead to the second World War.

Starting on October 29th, 1915, and ending on October 30th, 1918. The Ottoman Empire secretly allied with Germany and attacked Russian black sea ports. This caused Russia to declare war and fighting to begin in the region within a couple of days. The Ottomans were not prepared for the winters as they would suffer a massive defeat in the Battle of Sarikamish losing more troops to diseases and the elements around them than to the actual combat. The Russians who were assisted by Armenian irregulars were winning more and more battles securing Trebizond, Erzingian, and Van by the end of 1916. In 1917 the Russian Revolution started causing their armies to not be as strong so the Ottoman armies tried one last push to regain control of lost territories but it was too late because an expedition from Britain was coming to hold off Germany and the Ottoman troops. The Ottoman ended up losing.

He would then consolidate his power and liquidate his opponents, which would leave him as the uncontested dictator of Italy. The people liked him because, for the working class he brought law and order, more job opportunities, and social programs to their country, and for the rich he continued to let them have property rights and privilege. This would leave Italy with a strong leader, and better living conditions for its people

But Hitler, and his National Socialist German workers party, also known as the Nazis, took advantage of the German peoples frustration with this treaty. In 1932 his party became the largest one in Germany, and a year later, on January 30 1933, Hitler was appointed chancellor. After his taking power of Germany, he moved quickly to consolidate his rule into a one party state, they would arrest his political opponents, and he made the army swear loyalty to him personally. He built up an air force and bigger military, which was against the Versailles Treaty, he refused to continue paying the reparations of the first war, and after all this he prepared to do what was necessary for his objectives for Germany.

Many were lost in the weather and to malnfuntions. The German raids were proven to be a great distraction to the British until they developed warning systems, searchlights, airplanes, trained pilots and incendiary bullets to reliably bring them down.
