More face to face contact, and much better understanding of each others challenges

Joint ownership of the targets

More clarity given narrowing of remits - more time to focus in on driving collaboration even though busier than ever - but driving results
Initial concerns of splitting ownership would lead to loosing ownership but actually working better than before (I&C)

Weekly performance review keeps alive the priorities and conflicts, but need to be careful that it doesn't leave a void in operational responsibilities

We now have the right people who can make the decisions required when things are not going according to plan

Had the capacity in the past to be able to adapt if need to set up mini project teams etc. to solve a problem, but don't have the slack any more - so need to de-prioritise/stop or rightsource 

Is everyone using BS in the same way - leverage  the opportunities and trust the model

Looking more externally to bring in expertise - being prepared to invest in this - the leaner organisation helps us to do this 

Need to try and avoid become silo'd and keep up the regular communication (inc weekly performance session)

Ensure tools and frameworks we have support the agile nature of the organisation (avoid unnecessary bureaucracy)

Neils/Owen - on track - rightsourcing of BI activities and robotic process automation - half way through proof concept, going well. still lots of further opportunities with mature BO Offshore processes.

Andie - challenge becoming more challenging at present (breakdown!!)- 70% of all appts booked online by the customer but currently DAB is switched off for OOA customers and some DF IA too, so looking to possibly re-set or re-examine dates. Still making progress however (DAB CSA's, livechat/email opportunities, SMS trial/PURL etc.)

James - half the age of cash cq debt - mixed position at present. inititiatives done and some others planned in but even though improvements seen,  but missing elements around reporting/identifying where we are seeing the benefits from

Steve - soft skills time for our people - currently 2.8%. Working very closely with Huw's team

Make sure if its not the right thing to do - you re-evaluate and reset, or even start again. Be Brave!
