This app will let you trace where the hearing aids are when they were last switched on. Handy for locating missing aids! It will also let you check the battery life remotely. This is a really useful feature, especially if you have children who are unable to let you know when the batteries have run out!

Cleaning Guide

It's really important to keep hearing aids clean so they are effective. Wax in tubes effects the amount of sound able to travel through to the ear. We recommend a cleaning routine is established with your child to help them to learn about how to look after their hearing aids.

Battery Safety Information

A tamperproof battery drawer should be used on hearing aids when your child is under 5, has siblings they live with under 5, or if they have additional needs that mean button batteries are a hazard. A green tool is used to open the aids. This should be checked every day. If it is broken, please contact Claire, Jane or Jennifer and we will arrange to repair it.
