1st Every Action done in Company, ought to be with Some Sign of Respect, to those that are Present.

I think that it means that you need to be respectful to everyone around you, if you like them or not, you still need to give them the respect that you give your friends. It's a rule

I think it means to not put the fire or warm you hands with the fire or put up your feet on the fire exspecially if there's meat on it.
