As a word-intuitive and eurythmy practitioner, she explores the energetic layers of Filipino language—breaking words into syllables, inscribing them in Baybayin, and moving with each letter to sense their deeper resonance. One key insight emerged from her inquiry: the word wala (“nothing”) exists within tiwala (“trust”), revealing a quiet truth about surrender and beginnings.

The piece blends movement, stillness, and glimpses from the two-day nature retreat facilitated through @tagpuan.ng.diwa where participants of all ages engaged in deep reflection, shared presence, and creative exploration on the land. Raquel continues to lead DIWA Nature Experiences as part of her practice in regenerative well-being, inviting individuals into a space where inner and outer landscapes can be explored with openness of mind, heart, and will.

In 2021, Raquel led the creation and successful crowdfunding of DIWA Well‑being Cards, a limited‑edition deck designed to elevate well‑being in educational and community spaces. The project produced 25 beautifully illustrated cards—centred around daloy (movement), isip (mindfulness), and gawa (mastery)—each paired with reflective prompts and an accompanying PDF guide featuring original haikus. She collaborated closely with three Filipino artists and a textile designer to ensure culturally resonant artwork and locally made botanically dyed pouches. The campaign exceeded its fundraising goal, signing on 47 backers (105% funded), and allocated 12% of proceeds to subsidise well‑being and Social Presencing Theatre workshops for public school teachers. Through this project, Raquel combined creative leadership, community engagement, and mindfulness, crafting a tangible tool to spark meaningful conversations about well‑being and collective care.

In 2025, she updated the deck to be a full set of 50 cards with 25 illustration cards and 25 haiku cards and organised DIWA playdates.
