To use analyst role I need to try to think critically and react to plans and ideas in a rational and sensible way. I need a prudent approach to matters and need to evaluate according to accuracy before acting.

I need to try focus on the task and need to try improve skills to use expert role effectively. 
If I try to improve the roles which is weak for me I would be take successfully.

To take on an executive role I would need to work on my organizational skills. Completer: - Most effectively used at the end of tasks to polish and scrutinise the work for errors, subjecting it to the highest level of control. The strengths of this role are; painstaking, conscientious, anxious, searches out errors, polishes and protects. To take on this role more effectively I need to be more thorough in checking more In depth the quality of work. Also to be better at identifying the possibilities of what could go wrong. Share the load amongst other group members instead of trying to perfect everything myself. 

Expert: - Brings in-depth knowledge of a key area to the team. The strengths of this role are; Single minded, self-starting and dedicated, they provide specialist knowledge and skill. To take on this role more effectively I need to provide knowledge on a specific topic with ease, work more independently. Maintain a more professional standard. If the answer is unknown I will happily try to find the answer.

Co-ordinator - This would fall at the bottom for me because I feel that I lack a bit in confidence and don't have the voice to allocate most tasks to others and take tasks off my plate.

Plant - I tend to lack creativity so I feel this role would be a wrong fit for me.

I feel that if I were placed in these roles I would need to firstly have confidence in myself when it comes to decision making and do research on what our gals are and what needs to be done so I can delegate tasks. In order for me to take on the plant role, I would have to take time and sit back to think of ways to bring out my creativity.

I I have time I look at the errors made and try to correct them however, this is not really a big issue for me. To manage this, I think I need to plan better so I am able to correct the errors made before deadline.

I am able to help out other team members where I can. However, I do consider my tasks as priority to complete before. 
I should take time to assist other members just in case there is a time that I will need it in return.
