One of the things that I enjoyed doing with you is our Socratic seminars. I got to know you through your sharing. I learned what you believed in and what you stand for. Honestly, I was so amazed because you all shared a lot interesting insights that even I did not think about before.

I know that our last quarter together has been very busy and stressful, but I want you to know that I am proud of you for doing your best to accomplish your tasks. Thank you for your open mindedness and willingness to learn. Thank you for listening to feedback and trying your best to apply it to your work.

You truly have been through a lot, but I am glad that you are still here-- thriving amidst difficulties. I want you to know that all your efforts do not go unnoticed.

You will probably meet new people next year, but I hope you always try to understand them the way you also want to be understood. Just like what Atticus reminds us in the novel, "To Kill a Mockingbird"

"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view--until you climb into his skin and walk around in it" (Atticus, 39).

I hope that you will remember all the things that you have learned this school year.

I used the word GREAT as an adjective to describe the kind of batch I envision it to be.  Every day, I ask the great Lord to grant you the strength to persevere and I know  that you have shown many moments of greatness this school year despite the adjustments, struggles and difficulties you went through and are currently facing. I truly appreciate your constant ways of transcending these challenges. Everyday, you have tried your best to show up in class, turn on your cam, notify your teachers in case you have difficulties, submit your assessments, collaborate with your groupmates, help your teachers and other gestures of love. What more can I say but it is in those small things that make you great because I always see you trying. God triumphs in your trying, Great 9! Never underestimate the power of small  and loving acts because love is in the small details. God is in small details of your life.
 
Knowing that you are more than your struggles and that you are immensely loved by God and others, I pray that you take the risk to give yourself to the world- to go out of your comfort zones and to dare to do something that is of great value despite the possibility of being judged or the reality of doing it alone. Be not afraid to maximize your God given potentials of reciting in class and sharing your ideas in plenum because you have lots of gifts to offer.  I will never cease believing in your potentials. You are great because you have a great God who created you- Please do a favor for yourself- Allow Him to work in and through you. I will miss guiding you. At last, the countdown ends!
We know that this school year came with a lot of challenges and difficulties. A lot of effort and  discipline had to be exerted, not just with distance learning, but with living through a pandemic too. I am proud of how you were able to overcome these and come out with new experiences, new learnings and a lot of victories.
Thank you for all the effort that you put in your tasks, for your patience and for the time you spent revising (and revising and revising) your work.
