         <description><![CDATA[<div>Diaries come in a wide variety of sizes and may be paper or electronic. They can be used to record personal thoughts, make appointments and possibly log training sessions.Diaries can be useful in aiding self-reflection, planning and evaluation of coaching sessions.<br>Guidelines for getting the most from your dairy are as follows.<br><br>-Complete the diary during or soon after the coaching session.<br>-Write down what happened in the correct order to avoid confusion<br>-Focus on the positives first and then look at the negatives<br>-Describe clearly what needs improvement<br>-Create a action plan to improve weaknesses<br><br>One of the many benefits of dairies is that they can show progress over a period of time and are usually honest and describe how you felt about a situation at that time.<br><br></div>]]></description>
