I chose this picture because i thought it would be a perfect example of the roles plants play in society and the environment. it depicts a tree of life surrounded by all the living creatures of the planet. this symbolizes that plants give life to all organisms and without them everything would die because of the circle of life. plants give off oxygen for people and animals and when the people and animals die they feed back into the earth for plants to use as energy.

I chose this animation because its labeled to insure that you can understand how the process of photosynthesis works. The plant takes in sunlight and turns its rays into sugar (glucose) wich it will use for energy to process the carbon dioxide into oxygen back into the envioroment.

Tropical Rainforest
- The tropical rainforest biome makes up 6% of the earth and its in danger. Tropical rainforests are in danger because of slash and burn farming, logging, and mining. These are just a handfull of the reasons that are destroying the rainforests. The slash and burn farming is where people cut all the trees down in an area and burn them to create farm land which make up about 50% of deforestation and needs to come to an end. 50% of the Rainforest have already been destroyed countless organisms destroyed and if it doest stop many will go extinct.

The neolithic revolution had a huge positive impact if not a crucial part of societies history. It is the direct cause of the forming of greater civilizations, a better way of living, and new technology. We went from going out into the wild everyday to gather enough food for day to day life. With this revolution we had time to build better homes and cities and work on scientific break throughs. Without thie neolithic revolution todays way of life would never had happend.
