There was no hard part since I was already comfortable with everyone in my group. The easy part was answering questions. I will take away to be confident! There was no cringe.

I would say that the easiest part was connecting with the interviewers and making good conversation. As for the hardest part, it would be figuring out what question each interviewer was going to ask. From this experience, I would take how I was able to make small talk. - Sandy

What was cringey for me was having to talk about myself in a certain manner whereas I wouldn't be able to talk about myself like that. I feel like for me I would have to kind of brag about myself more due to how I have accomplished so much for myself yet I wasn't able to get it out. Something positive is that I was able to better learn about people and their goals that align with mine as well as learn new things. - jadie

I forgot some of the words on how to describe myself but the atmosphere wasn't too awkward since it was an interview done in a familiar settings. One thing id take away is to know more about yourself so it's easier to tell your strengths and weaknesses.}

the hardest part for me was when an interviewer asked me “what was my plan b” because i never considered doing anything besides teaching. overall, i found this a very pleasant experience and it prepared me for future interviews.

The hardest part was to think of everything I wanted to say and to have a fast response to all the questions that was asked. The easiest part was to grade the others and ask questions. Next time I’ll come up with a faster and a more clear response and say what I wanted to say without hesitation.

i think the hardest part was coming up with answers on the spot for the questions and eye contact. the easiest part was shaking hands. this experience was a good way to have an interview with multiple people and having different views on yourelf(?) if that makes sense. nothing was cringy ig i think it was good

The most difficult part of the interview was trying to come up with answers on the spot. Part of me just really wanted to answer truthfully, but I realized sometimes lying is the best way to go. The easiest part was most definitely just shaking hands and introducing myself. Looking from the light, the positive remains that I was able to somewhat get a feel of what an interview is like. The most cringe part of the whole ordeal was seeing yourself and others codeswitching on the spot. This is typically something that one does before entering the room; seeing it happen on sight feels rather strange. -Julie

I feel like describing my skills is easy because I know what I can do and say with people or work. I think that the most hardest part was the talking itself when i got random questions, i wasnt prepared for some questions so i stuttered. The easiest part was being the interviewer because i got to ask the questions and get to know the speaker more. Something i will take away from this experience is learning to deal with stress from answering questions.
