Russia is globally well known as an acknowledged geographical area since it has the biggest territory of a State in the world, it has a unified government system that works as a federal semi-presidential republic that has a powerful central government which is led by a president.

To contribute to the international agenda it interacts with other countries such as the EU in order to seek for their own well-being. It has also been a protagonist on many past wars and ongoing conflicts.

From a scale of 1-10 we consider this international actor holds a 9 in importance, since it has a huge influence in all past aspects.

It has influenced the international agenda by having huge power and influence in the catholic religion with it's biggest representative, The Pope.

From 1-10 I'd say a 3 since it is very influential in religion but not politically or economically.

The government of China is a great example of an international actor by the fact that they have a lot of influence, power and participation on international relations and systems.

Talking about the interactions of this government with the international agenda,

China had taken several interesting and significantly actions, like things that are related with politics, economy, security, and technology in a global level, due to the clear and long term vision that the country has to achieve a great development in those areas.

In a scale from 1 to 10 I think that China is easily a 9 thanks to the global economy, technology and diplomacy that the CCP has developed, because if we base ourselves in those facts, China has a very strong role and place among many countries.

Its interactions with the international agenda are basically that they ensure the safety of children in community’s meanwhile and after wars to help them recover.

Even though UNICEF is a very big and active organization that works in many places, their ability to have direct influence on governments and local policies can be limited, affecting the UNICEF’s ability to achieve its goals in some situations. So I would say that they probably have an 8 in the aspect of how much power do they have as international actors.

To contribute to the international agenda the WWF has protected endangered species worldwide, but giving a specific example, they have advocated to ban elephant ivory trade, which has been a recurring issue for the past years.

From 1-10 I'd say an 8 since it is a pretty big organization that works worldwide and is very sought after by countries to work with.

From 1-10 I'd say it is a 10 since it has a huge contribution to the global economy and has insane assets.

The ISIL caused a large international response with its quick territorial gain and conflicts to expand its position, which gives it a space in the international agenda.

On a scale from 1-10, I'd say its current power would be maybe a 3, it doesn't have territorial control like it did back then, but now it still has good military capabilities.

He made some contributions and interventions in the international agenda both politically and militarily, such as intervening in the Libyan Civil War, which led to terrible aftermath, U.S. withdrawal from the Iraq War, termination of the leadership of Al-Qaeda's founder, etc.

On a scale from 1-10, I would probably say his power is positioned either on a 7 or an 8, he made significant diplomatic and environmental achievements. He made an impact on the world, positively and negatively.
