I feel like my family does a good job with how we treat the environment. But I feel like I have a bad habit of leaving lights on in rooms which I am trying to improve upon.

Intellectual Health

I think I am a very intellectually curious person, I am always looking to learn about astronomy and sea life. But I think I focus on learning more stuff for me rather than what I need on a test.

Mental and Emotional Health

My mental and emotional health is definitely not at its highest right now. I need to mentally organize all the stuff in my life right now. At some points I have felt like I have given myself more than I can chew.

Occupational Health

Right now I am trying to balance school work and my personal life better this year. I am also applying for a job at walgreens.

Physical Health

Though I do alot of mentally exercising activities I need to do more physical. Marching band isn't enough I am going to start doing walks with my dogs around my neighborhood.

Social Health

While I do have some really good friends there are alot of toxic and mean people in my friend group. I have been slowly distancing myself from them but it is hard when someone in your friend group is cold and mean to you but nice and friendly to everyone else.

Spiritual Health

Spiritually I feel like I am in a good place. I am very aware of my spiritual health.

Financial Health

I definitely think my family's financial situation is good. Right now we are only slightly tight on money because my mom broke her wrist and hasn't been able to go to work.
