They are crucial for expanding the scope of ethical operations to the maximum possible degree. Advanced professional nurses may participate in various training programs to increase their professional level and become more aware of the potential ethical dilemmas. It is necessary to integrate the latest theoretical models with the actual nurses’ practice. As the structure of interests and ethical needs is always different, it is reasonable to adjust it to the actual conditions. Therefore, professional nurses should be able to apply various tools for promoting their ethical actions and behavior. Nurses should be especially concerned with long-term interests because short-term gains should not lead to adopting improper ethical choices.
