Algunos temas los estuve desarrollando, pero me detuve en los temas seleccionados.

Mis espacios de interacción fueron a través  de grupo de WhatsApp, correos internos del curso y Web Conferencias. 

 ¿Qué aprendí de esta tarea? 

De esta tarea aprendí a desarrollar ejercicios en línea y lograr a identificar los adverbios de  frecuencia, sustantivos contables y no contables, pasado progresivo.  

 ¿Es importante lo que estoy aprendiendo? ¿Por qué?

Para mi es importante este aprendizaje dado que poco a poco voy logrando el dominio  del idioma inglés.   

 ¿Cómo aporta este aprendizaje a mi vida personal y profesional? 
Con  el aprendizaje del inglés me permite conectarme con el mundo, como una ventaja de competencias laborales en el futuro.

The typical dich is a arepa de huevo.

The ingredients is:

  1. A pound of corn
  2. A liter of water.
  3. A spoon of salt
   4.  One litre  of oil
    5. Live eggs
    6. One stick of margarine.

Process to prepare the recipe.
 
Step 1. Have all ingredients of the recipe.
Step 2. Pour the cormeal into mixing bowl.
Step 3. Mix the corn flour with thenecessary water and the margarine.
Step 4. Let the preparation rest for 10 minutes.
Step. 5. Mix the dough very well and make médium balls.
Step. 6. Crush the ballswiththe plate untilthey formthe shape of the arepas.
Step. 7. Add the liter of oilin a wave cup and allowto heat to a high temperatura.
Step.8. Start frying the arepas one bay one and leave them in a medium term  and let term and let then cool.
 Step. 9. Then put each of the eggs in a bowl and add Little salt.
Step.10. Then we carefully take each of the arepas and make a small hole to insert the egg and fry again for 7 or 10 minutes.
Step.11. After Frying  the arepas for the determined time, we take them out the oil and let them rest and are ready to eat.

 I am really happy to write to you, last week I was in la Guajira, it is a magical place. I enjoyed every moment there. On Wednesday, I was landing in Riohacha’s airport at 1:00 pm, I had lunch there in Riohacha and I spent the whole day around. At 3:00 pm I was eating friche in the main park, it is delicious. Then around 3:30 pm I was walking around to know the place and buying some souvenirs, at almost 7:00 pm that day I was doing the check-in in the hotel, it is a wonderful hotel, with a swimming pool and excellent service. On Thursday I was waking up really early, I was very excited because I was going to travel to Cabo de la Vela, it is around 3 hours from Riohacha by bus. There in Cabo de la Vela, the landscapes are really beautiful, I stopped for a minute and I was drinking a delicious juice in a Rancheria in front of the sea. Then I continued walking and I stopped again in the Arcoiris beach, an amazing place full of sand colors and very calm. Finally, I went to Ojo del Agua beach, where I was enjoying of calm and crystal waters to swim, after that, I went to sleep in a Rancheria, it is a real and a marvelous experience. On Friday the last day of my traveling, I was visiting El Faro, the most tourist place in Cabo de la Vela and I was running because I also wanted to visit Punta Gallinas, before coming back and I did it. There in Punta Gallinas I was visiting The Taroa Dunes where is amazing to see the sand mountains and at the end of those mountains, there is the gorgeous sea. On Saturday I was coming back to Cali, were 3 amazing days full of moments and experiences very hard to forget. I can’t wait to take you there with me dear mum.
