<title>The task was to identify missing factors using arrays. It was effective because students were challenged to verbalized their thoughts.</title>

<title>1. A lesson was taught on multiplication. Students were visibly struggling. Next day, teacher gave students a visual tool, multiplication chart, and student success rate soared to 95%. 2. Another lesson was taught on multiplication and students were instructed in using grid paper and crayons to visually represent multiplication problems using drawings. Teacher noticed students had a better understanding of what multiplying is by drawing representations. 3.Another lesson was given to students on teaching students about color using a color wheel. Lesson was taught as usual but this time teacher implemented the use of technology. Students used new ipads to mix colors online and used newly taught Sketches app to create artwork using the color combinations they were just taught about in lesson. Teacher noticed that students were more engaged, understood the lesson better, and stayed on task longer with the use of technology. </title>
