In this gif there is a skull. The skull has blood that drips down its face, and in the process melts its face. I made this like this because it shows madness taking over someones body. In Hamlet this same thing happens to Hamlet. He slowly loses his sanity and the blood melting the face is meant to represent that. The restoration of the skull represents the coming back to sanity. I made this by slowly working the face back to normal by coloring the skull back to its original state. The blood drips down and slowly disappears which represents the damage that insanity can cause one, even after the initial moment when it was with them.

In this gif there is a tree that waves in the wind. This is supposed to represent time passing, because the tree stays standing over time. Also in the photo there are tulips that grow from the ground. This is related to Hamlet because when Ophelia dies Laertes mentions that tulips shall grow up from her grave because her spirit was so pure. I tried to recreate the tulips growing from her grave, and then make them wilt and die. The wilting is meant to represent the burden and toxicity that Hamlet put on Ophelia, which eventually drove Ophelia mad and make her drown herself. The darkness of the background and the moon is just to add beauty and to make the landscape look prettier.

In this gif there is a picture of an ear with poison being poured down it. This is obviously meant to represent when Claudius' kills Hamlets father. This gif is to recreate the moment that the poison was poured down King Hamlet's ear. The wisps of smoke that come out of the ear are very spooky, and if you look closely you can see a skull that comes out of the ear along with the wisps of smoke. The wisps of smoke are meant to represent greed and lust, which was what Claudius was already filled with, but the pouring of poison is meant to show some of the release of that want and greed. This is supported by the book because Claudius ended up getting what he wanted, which was the Queen and the throne.

In this gif there is a sword that is deprived of its color. Red sparkles start to form around it and it slowly consumes the sword. This is meant to represent Claudius' mind. His mind is convinced on killing Hamlet before Hamlet has the chance to kill him. Claudius hatches a plan to kill Hamlet and the plan is to poison the tip of sword that Laertes will duel Hamlet with, so Hamlet will die when Laertes stabs him. The moment that Claudius knows what he will do for the plan is the moment that the red starts to fade from the screen and shows a full new sword with poison on the tip of the blade. This shows the plan of Claudius' taking full effect. The sword slowly losing its color represents the duel that Laertes and Hamlet have, and how Claudius' plan backfires, with Laertes dying, the Queen drinking the poison meant for Hamlet, and even himself dying at the end of those events.
