Therefore this shows that as an Educator you have interest in what the children like. Although it is nice to get a reward as an Early Childhood Educator that is not something we are supposed to do. Furthermore praise trapping all depends on how an Educator phrases taking interest in what children are doing. This is an example of making a connection with children as I first observed that the children were very interested in doing the puzzles in the classroom but there was not enough of them.
